Don't trust them

They were supposed to replace a leaking tire on my car, but instead took one of my relatively new tires off and claimed they threw it away. Then they asked me to buy two new tires for them to replace the one they threw away. Well, I wouldn't need 2 new tires if it weren't for their mistake or crookedness. The managers were rude and interrupted me when I showed them the plug remaining in the tire.
