I went to this Firestone place to get an oil leak fixed for 600$. After I got the car back, it stalled out on the next street over. I took it back, and they told me nothing is wrong, but the next day I had a check engine light. The second time they told me that they had to clean something, but again soon afterwards the check engine light came back. The third time, it turned out that I needed 600$+ more of repairs. I asked for the money back, but they didn't give it to me. I asked politely too, I said please and explained the situation. So I took their 600$ quote and looked up the parts - they cost approximately half of what they quoted. They guys there were real nice, except they made me wait a very long time every time I was there.
This experience is 0% satisfaction.
Horrible, rude customer service. Went in for brake inspection; should have taken 30 minutes tops. An hour later, I'm asking what is going on with my car. My response was 'you are not the only...
They did a great job installing my tire. It was delivered here in the afternoon and was finished within 2 hrs.The only thing I didn't like was they didn't put my spare back in my trunk nicely, it was kinda tossed in my trunk, not screwed down nicely like it should with the factory jack underneath. But other than the tire was installed quickly and the gentleman was very courteous.
I bought a tire online (great sales) and had the gentlemen at Firestone fit it to be sure. They took me during a snow storm and gave me a great price. Very hospitable and polite. I would return for the great service.
At least double the time.....
