They don't listen to what you say. My car has larger rims on the rear than on the front. I not only told the guy at the front desk twice but I told the mechanic who was mounting them up seconds before he started work. What is worse, their shop manager and front desk man cannot understand that if you have 2 275 tires, 2 245 tires, 2 8 inch rims and 2 9 inch rims that the larger tires go on the larger rims and the smaller tires go on the smaller rims. I explained this 3 times and gave up, they still didn't get it and this is a TIRE STORE?! They also could put more effort into the quality of work they do. Wheel weights need to be tapped down onto the rim with a hammer so the adhesive holds properly. The sticky weights are flat and the rim is round. They are metal and a hammer shapes them to your rim so the adhesive actually comes in contact with the rim. If you have a eyeball in your head, this is a no brainer... Of course who am I to expect a shop would act like they are working on their own car?

The tech accidentally scratched my tire rim. I was pleased that they told me about it and offered to have it painted. They also took the installation charge off my bill. I appreciate honesty and the Manager was apologetic and happy to help in any way.
installer did everything correctly and I was in and out in a few hours. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't put enough air in all the tires so when I got home my TPMS went off and had to stop and fill them all, but that's fine sure is free..
