Great Customer Service! I went to this Firestone for an oil change expecting to get the same run around that auto mechanics always give. However I was suprised when the manager himself helped me! He was prompt and knowledgeable. He did advise me of some preventative maintence however were never pushy and when I got home I checked the factory recommendations for maintence and they were dead on.I...

Mostly perfom average work...some examples: failed to complete a tire rotation (only one side done), broke two hub caps, missed an order to do an inspection. Manager usually makes an dedicated effort to fix issues, but I have frequently weighed convenience of location and credit plan with other service providers.
