This location installed my Tundra tires 10 days ago and now my wifes Mustang. Both times, A plus job! Accomodating with scheduling, done within an hour and the job well done. Highly recommended!

When I called the schedule my install, I also scheduled an alignment. The guy told me it would take 1.5 hours, two hours tops. When I dropped off my vehicle I had to reminded them that I had scheduled an alignment as well. The guy seemed put out. Not friendly at all. I told him that I needed my vehicle back within 2.25 hours (wich was fifteen minutes more that I was told would be the maximum...

Things were a little frantic there... Real busy. We had to wait for quite a bit. But the tires looked good and they checked back later.

Probably one of the slowest establishments I have ever been to. For somebody who has a business where I need my vehicles up and running again soon, Firestone was no help with that. I have been going other places now. But if you don't need the car for awhile go ahead and drop it off.
