I paid for them to replace 2 tires and throw out a leaking tire. They threw out one of the relatively new tires on my car and left the leaking tire on. I can obviouslly tell, because it still has the same plug I put in it.
When I calmly told them that they made a mistake, they made all kinds of excuses and said that I'd have to buy 2 new tires for them to fix the problem. It appears to be a racket, considering that idiotic response. I wouldn't be surprised if they did it to other people.
I made an appointment for 9 am. Came in a little early, they took my car straight away and quoted about an hour for the installation which was competed on time.
Great price, nice staff. Dropped off truck & it was ready by the time we finished lunch! Amazing service.
Firestone received my tire just before closing the day after I ordered it. I arrived at 7:00 the following morning to have the tire installed. Installation was completed within 30 minutes.
