No. A little too late for that I'm afraid. I spoke to the manager at the time and asked them to contact me, nobody did AND my original review has been on here with no acknowledgement until now. Since this, I have purchased 4 sets of tires, elsewhere of course. Safety first and you all scare me.

The staff here helped me tremendously for far less than I was quoted at other places, and the wait wasn't long at all! State inspections are also really cheap and fast

NEVER GO THERE, especially if you are a woman. I was told that my radiator needed to be replaced since it was leaking and could not be repaired. I found a trusted friend who is a mechanic, he looked at it for free and told me it was not leaking and that there was not a thing wrong with it. Firestone suggests, even if you go in for an oil change or ailment, that something on your vehicle needs...
