I had never been to this Firestone. Picked them as they were the cheapest installer and convienent to my home. Since it was going in the shop I had them change the oil and check the ac as it was not blowing cold.They followed up with me before noon to advise on the AC and I asked them to proceed with suggested repairs. They had a good price on install of new tires, but forgot to mount one of my old tires on spare like I asked. I also had a mechanical problem on the way to have the tires installed. They made the repair but were very expensive. They charged me $130 more than I could have bought a part for at Advance Auto Parts (water pump). I saved on the tires, but they made up for it in the end.Bottom...
