This location all but destroyed my 2008 f 250 they have lied about the service they performed and went back and altered the service record to show that made me aware of the problem and I declined their service. This location is totally worthless and should be avoided at all costs.

They flagrantly misrepresented an itemized cost that added $300 to their estimate, and then when caught in the lie declared that "markups" is how they make their living. Buyer beware!

In two times I paid 2200 dollars for my car, and recommended an other thing to do. They simple asked me to open firestone credit card for 1000 dollars.

I took my car last week, after spending 2hours on my car, they told me to take it to dealer, because their computer is not working with my car. Even they didn't accept their firestone coupoun for oil change 16.99 but they charged me 30.99....
