Everything about my tire purchase and installation went smoothly. I upgraded to better tires (Michelin Pilot Super Sport) and they offered to bag my old tires and had them all packed up in my car ready for me to store them at home. The installation cost was even lower than what I expected to pay.
I had no problems with Firestone, it was a fine experience and I would recommend them.
Had my 4 tires installed and also had the car aligned. I had made an appointment, arrived on time, but it was a 1/2 hour before they pulled the car into the shop. Once in, they never stopped. Tires are great and car rides almost like when it was new. The prices at Firestone were reasonable and I used a $20 coupon towards the alignment. I will use and recommend this installer to others.
