I called to find out if they had a particular interstate battery and was hung up on before I could give them the battery model. I'd go to the dealer before taking my car here.

We did have a difficult case with our car here and the staff did work hard, but they were very short with us. Our experience included waiting for 5 hours for a part to arrive, re-ordering the part, us cabbing home, coming back and they still had the wrong part, ordering the parts with plans to come in …
