Technician took good care of my truck by lifting with two jacks rather than one. Tires wee removed carefully from the rims as I wanted to sell them. The new ones mounted, balanced and installed without issue. Old tires were placed in the bed of my truck.
Went in to get an oil change and when it was time to pay, the customer service person tried to get me to sign up for a Firestone credit card. I told them I was not interested. Good but not Great. Seem to not want to gouge you when you are getting repairs done but charge way to much for simple things like changing a light bulb to pass inspection. Overall we will use them again but make sure all the lights work before taking my car in for inspection.
Under no circumstances should you have your car repaired here. On January 30th, 2011 I call them at 8am to inquire about brake work. I ask if there would be a long wait they said not at all and I dropped my vehicle off at 8:45am. 5 hours later they call me and said I needed new brakes and rotors in the front and back for a total of roughly $650.
