like someone else said over priced and they always find something that needs repair. Never any Firestone again!!!
I'd risk fixing my own car before I ever trust these people again. Went in for a simple rear valve cover gasket and a tire rotation and they mess up the front one, break a battery terminal, and put a hole in my fuel line and have the nerve to say it was already like that and there's nothing they can do. Neither of my cars will ever go back there again.
Awful! Make sure you get what you paid for. FYI if you get an oil change or full service check your fluid levels before you drive off.
