I spent Thanksgiving in the mountain at Pigeon Forge in a cabin rented from Fireside Chalets. The cabin we rented for 5 nights, s bdrms, 3 baths called Mountain Elegance. The picures on the web are very deceiving. The furniture in the pictures on the web is not the furniture in the pictures, especially the sleeper sofas. It was a dreamy place and the views was spectacular. It was a wonderful vacation and the cabin was amazing. I would recommend the Firesidechalets and the women in the office where great can't wait for my next trip.

Bossy and rude! These folks have a really nice place but, unfortunately, the negative side comes with it.

Very disappointed with the staff and the way our issues were resolved. The cabin itself was fantastic. However issues with ac and other broken items in cabin unacceptable. Hot tube didn't work up to it potential. Would not recommend this group to be worth another try. ZERO STARS

Called two days ago and spoke with a lady who looked at the cabin we wanted and told me it was open and quoted me the price and deposit. I was told two days ago that it was a five night minimum but if we would switch our dates around she could do the three night I said OK agreed to the dates got the deposit and called today.
