Avoid at all costs. don't even deserve 1 star

These guys are horrendous. they give you half information, are unresponsive, will sit on a permit and then give you attitude when you ask them what the hold up is. we started the process to install a gas fireplace in October. Its now March and the process still isn't complete. horrible customer service, take your money somewhere else.

unsafe installations

Extremelly unsafe installations of fireplace inserts being done by this company. Installations do not meet manufacturer,local construction and fire codes which will place occupants,house interior and contents and possibly could start a house fire.

I totally agree with the other reviews. I am sitting here today once again waiting for the installers to show up. They are three hours late no call. We were told the fireplace inserts would take a day to install, that was in september and we are now going into february and the units are only half installed. Do not go to this store!!!!!!!!!! They will not return phone calls or will flat out...
