Mishandling of food, dirty

Ate lunch there today. Owner waited on me. Had his plastic gloves on while he used cash register, handled cash, cleaned steamers with wet rag from back room and handled food. Never took off or changed gloves. Obviously doesn’t know what the purpose of the...gloves is.
