Very upset. I LOVE the food from here, it's delicious every time.. However, EVERY TIME I ask the employees to toast my sandwich on the outside, as well as the inside, because it's never toasted...

I should of took heed to the reviews! You're a sandwich shop! So why do you think it's ok to burn bread and serve it!?! Just go somewhere else, they obviously don't care much here.

Order was made at 16:54 and didn't show up until 18:46. The order was cold and so late that ice in the soda had already melted. Flavor is good, but cold. Driver for Grub Hub just said sorry...
