Firstly, for those who care, they ABSOLUTELY DO NOT use Boar's Head cold cuts. Whoever stated that is 100% incorrect, I know for a fact. They are an "ok" chain sub shop. Usually the sandwiches are perfect, even when the store is very busy. Today, though, it wasn't that busy, but the food and service were definitely not up to par. I got home to find no pickle. First time eating here- EXCELLENT sandwich! Delicious (medium) grilled chicken, soft wheat bread, lots of tomatoes, pickles & hot jalapeños just as I like it, smothered in light mayo and mustard. I’m definitely coming back.

Danielle was a welcoming Firehouse ambassador, very friendly and conversational....And she made a “killer” sandwich for me. Thank you.

One week the subs were very good. Ordered the same subs again. Arrived to find two subs in the bag when I ordered three. I ordered to pick up at a certain time, but the subs were made immediately so my hot subs were cold....I had to wait for my third sub, and the girl making it was not happy.
