I wouldnt refer anyone to this Dr. You have to sit for over an hour just to be seen and once youre seen he doesnt give you a proper exam. Hes rude and so are some of his staff. The office is old and smelly. Worst physician I ever encounter in my life. Im so glad I dont have to see him again.

Completely inadequate front desk staff. Demanded payment before I ever saw the doctor. Strange because I don't have a copay. They had pre-filled out a claim form with the different codes for a consult, INJECTION and more. I told them I refused to pay for an injection BEFORE EVER SEEING A DOCTOR. Dr Fink performed a shoulder surgery on me one week ago and demonstrated outstanding bedside manner.
