Had my walk through with the builder today and was totally blown away as a crew walked behind me to address anything that I had an issue with on the spot! Was shown how 2 operate everything in the house, given a list a contractors 2 contact 4 issues, reviewed how 2 address any issues that arise in the 1st 90 days and 1st year and was given a hug a told "welcome 2 the family"!
