I recently moved to the community. The leasing went smooth surprisingly. I kept calling Francesca about availability and other questions and she is a jack of all trades! I have lived at this community complex for ten years, I have seen office staff come and go. THis staff is far better then any other. THe one staff manager that stands out above the others is Ryan, which for years I thought was the property manager, due to the fact that he always addressed my issues personally and had the issues resolved in a timely manner. I live here since 2010, I love it ... The apartments are very comfortable and all around over here is very clean. good neighbors and especially everyone in the office they are the best I always get the help I need, thanks guys and Thank you The Fields at Cascade !

I've enjoyed living at this property. Management and staff are extremely responsive and nice! I love the location and how close it is to shops and dining. The property is well kept.
