Not so pleasant after all. Overnight packages I had setup here for hold I was told would not be ready until 9. From what they are telling me now, this is normal.

This location and this company is the worst shipment organization out there. No accountability, no CUSTOMER in customer service. Everyone just quotes policy and reads information from the same website that we can all read. Please tell me something about my package that I can't find out myself.. That is why we call in.
