Very poor service! Promised to deliver a package at pm and never did. They make the customers drive all the way to their center to pick up. Bunch of lazy drivers!! Two thumbs down!!

Left a $600 package at the doorstep but would not leave a $15 package at the door, made me go all the way to the service center to pick up a $15 item they refused to leave even with signature. And the customer service is lousy.
