It's a little difficult to find but when I arrived they were helpful. My packed needed to be re-boxed and they gladly obliged. Also, there wasn't a line! That is always a pleasant surprise.

Got a call from fedex boulder that they can't find the address I provided. When I called back with the number they gave me, I ended up at the NJ calling center where nobody knew what to do. UPS and USPS don't have troubles with finding my address and I can't change the delivery address on the fedex website for God knows what reason ...

Terrible. Will not porch or leave packages with my neighbor. Call center acts confused about leaving packages with neighbor. unable to get clear communication from them.Lots of menus that you have to click through when calling on the phone, took a few minutes to talk to a live person. Took over 8 minutes to just ask them to leave it with a neighbor.
