I had extreme difficulties trying to get a acceptable fax sent. Jimmie H. tried several actions modifying the documents to be faxed and eventually eliminating 2 pages resulting in an acceptable fax being sent. This effort was completely responsible for the fax finally being successful. Above and Beyond and greatly appreciated.
