Jacquin was very helpful with my shipment. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and took the package right away. There was a short line in front of me, but she told me she could process the shipment and print the receipt in just a few minutes. I appreciated how quick and easy the process was since I already had the shipping label and that Jacquin was friendly and efficient.

Online system for submitting logo for sign was not the greatest and would not accept the kind of file we had (eps), though they were able to accept it when I went in to the store. Store staff (especially Kim) were very helpful through several visits to order several signs. She was friendly and efficient and helped us get the right products. We would like to thanks the saleswoman Kidist for her patience and for being extremely helpful with our large order in a timely manner.
