I had to have my invitations reprinted at a different company because mine were printed on 8.5x11 cardstock. They wouldn't even fit in an envelope and you could tell they needed to be cut down to a 5x7. The lady in the store, Rachel, was very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions without confusing us or giving us unnecessary details. When we decided to use cardstock she warned us about how that type of paper could be problematic depending on how we were going to use it. She said that it might crack if we were to bend it but said it could still be used for our needs.
