I have been to this location before and each time I have been extremely impressed and pleased with the service I received. The team members on both occasions were so very friendly and helpful. Serena was the team member helping me this time and I can't praise her enough. Thank you.

I paid for fragile packing and purchased insurance. Item arrived broken. Claim process was a nightmare. Awful customer service and assistance. Will never ship fed ex again.
