There was one employee not so helpful and very tired looking, like he didn't want to service me nor be there so there were two other ladies that came to assist, one just started there, very young but helpful girl and the other lady came right up, listened to me and my request and handled it all the way thru and even went above and beyond my request. Erin was the team member that helped me, and she was very courteous and helpful. She made the whole experience easy. She showed me how to use the laminating machine and did it for me so that my things were not messed up. She was professional and great to work with!
