Sylvia helped me so much. It was my first time and I did not know what to do. Sylvia was so nice and so helpful. She taught me how to use the machines and made my visit so wonderful. I would recommend Sylvia to anyone who needs help. She is great.

I needed an important document scanned and sent ASAP. Kourtney in the Orem, Utah office not only walked me through it she took the time to do it with me. I made error after error and she was right there to fix the problem and made sure I got it sent to the right person. I entered the wrong email address and kept doing it until she picked up in the misspelling. I kept putting spaces where spaces...

Sylvia did a great job helping me print pictures from my phone. She corrected the darkness the best she could and the final result was good enough. I wish I could colors more exact but that is the printer's problem. Sylvia was patient, efficient, and enjoyable to talk to.
