I'm not sure if the other reviews were old or not but I had a completely positive experience! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my needs were tended to by multiple people from the staff....

I've never had such a bad shipping experience. This place is completely incompetent. Avoid Fedex at all costs. I have lost all faith in Fed Ex after my experience with this location. Never again.

Very poor service, Spent an hour waiting for a poster to be made while watching the associate talk with a co worker. If you need something done fast this is not the place to go.

Terrible. I've tried to give this place a couple of chances. Went in two weeks ago to print out invitations and the lady behind the counter cut them wrong. The team member Nuh D. was not happy and could of cared less to try to help us. He had an attitude when we asked him to retake our daughters photo. We were charged $15.85 for two 2"x2" photos. I think it's a ripoff. I don't recommend at all.
