Rudy came and helped me with the self service area, as I wasn't entirely sure how to use the scanner. I was on the clock so it meant a lot to me that he'd make sure I was working as efficiently as possible. It's nice that sort of service & technology is still available in an on demand format. From the telephone bid process to the staff at the FedEx facility, the customer service was top notch. I had a poster to be printed for a scientific meeting. Everything was done quickly, at a great price, and with helpful staff.

I brought in a file containing a calendar for a planner that I purchased online. I was concerned because I wanted it printed out just right. The file even came with instructions but the gentleman that helped me (I believe he was the manager) knew exactly what to do so that it would print out just as I needed it. He took the time to put it together with me so make sure I was satisfied....
