Your sales associate, Daniel (1517) at the Birmingham downtown location of FedEx made a huge difference in my presentation. He really took the time to show me my options. He even changed my typo on my original. He produced my presentation which received lots of complements and it looks like my company will get the contract for our pitch.
Amber was very courteous and professional. She showed me several options for the paper, cover and binding for my printing/binding request. She thoroughly explained the various cost options. My printing/binding job look well when it was completed. But then again...all of my work that I get printed and binded at that location looks good. Thanks Amber
I had a small need: just one 8x10 photo to print out on photo paper. It turned out someone had emailed it to me in an odd format and it took some doing to get it printed. It was a very small job and the clerk was a very good sport! He fixed the problem and spent as much time as needed to take care of me even though it was a small job. All the staff at this location are great. I'm in there...
They give me a 100 declared value which I didn't ask for. And they didn't tell me it will increase my shipment until I get my receipt.
It was really busy around lunch time as people were using their lunch break to get things shipped. There was not enough staff during this time. Other than that, the staff were very polite and efficient.
