Outstanding customer service from Paul -- I was there for a couple hours finalizing a presentation -- the team was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The location became very busy at times and Paul managed it beautifully with a positive attitude. I am willing to pay more because this location never disappoints and the quality of customer service is appreciated. Thank you

I was helped by Julian and Kwame. Julian was very helpful and Kwame was too. Julian helped me scan a transcript and send it via email. Kwame helped me scan several IDs and send them via mail. Kwame was warm, insightful and courteous. Great young man.

James went above and beyond to assist us in creating labels and offering us options and shipping. He was an exceptional representative for FedEx and I was very impressed with the service today. More people should be like him. You have a great asset in this employee.

The clerk was very efficient and professional. I brought in about 15 packages and she worked the needs of 3 other incoming customers around my shipping so that they remained content and my transaction was completely swiftly. I was very impressed with her.

James B. was available to help with printing. He made a paper weight recommendation, showed me the first one off to confirm that I liked it. What amazed me was how fast 100 double-side copies were ready. Like 5 minutes? In a box? I had tried Office Depot online the evening before, and it gave me a "ready" time of 24 hours.
