Always quick and friendly customer service. Today thought I ordered my presentations to be bound. Apparently I might not have but they took my word for it and bound it without making me wait.

Overpriced and sadly isn't open 24 hours a day, that would be the end of the criticism. There is nothing else to fault the save-your-ass-at-the-last-minute store. Helpful staff will help you save your own ass on weekends offering a diversity of services that are pretty much only offered here.
