We had very bulky hockey equipment that required some ingenuity and experience to pack and ship. Rick 0386 was that person. We were extremely pleased.

I delt with Rick and from what I could tell he wasent just nice to me but he helped some friends that were going to a wake for a best friend and was able to rush a blown up photo so it was here in time for it to be diplayed at the church.....Always a happy man to talk to and full of nice things to say..

My fiancé and I went in to the FedEx at 297 North Main Street in Hyannis, MA, to print out our wedding programs. We are getting married in two days and we're worried it would be a hassle; however, our experience could not have been better. We were assisted.by a wonderfully helpfulp, quick, efficient clerk named Andrew. We were in and out in 5 minutes and are thrilled with the weight and print job

Shaontae was excellent - 2 of us were at the counter and both of us needed to get additional info to complete orders. She did an excellent job of juggling us both smoothly, not wasting anyone's time and getting everything taken care of with a smile and serenity. Great experience thanks to her!
