They have held my "overnight" package for 10 days. I have seen the truck in our parking lot 4times since the delivery was due. What is going on????

3 days late on delivery. Auto tracker says in Hampton, phone robot says on the way. No way to talk to a human, no local listed number. I am glad Lynda had luck, because I did not. Closed today at 1:00pm. Not impressed and will try and find a way to make a real complaint. Bottom line rating........hide behind recordings .....no good.
