STAY CLEAR OF THIS APT AND MAN... YP.com

Stay clear of this apt and management company breeden. Substandard apt complex. One building burnt to ground. Once you move out they triple bill you for charges, even though they quote you a different charge to break lease. They then send attorneys after you to collect bogus charges. They wont listen they wont return calls, they just sue you and harrass you stay clear other management companies...

Management sucks. Lighting is horrible. CHildren run around unsupervised throwing rocks at eachother. Nothing gets fixed unless you complain 40times.
