I've been dining at fazolis since its opening in the 90's, and they continue to serve great food with great customer service,their food is made to order and always fresh and hot,I'm also a big fan of their chocolate layer cake,that's moist and decadent

Can't do tomato sauce right. This stuff can be prepackaged and and bought in a store, how could you have something so simple be so bad?

Their "bread" is 50% cardboard and really just a vehicle for en masse delivery of 60% recommended intake of salt into your mouth. I thought Olive Garden had the worst bread in the world, but they have been beat.

We usually receive excellent customer service but not today... Used a coupon and instead of telling me nicely I can not use it and why... She gave me an attitude and yelled and me and my husband while we're there in line. I was just confused why I could not use it. It's sad that she was actually the manager.
