He missed his first appointment for an estimate, which he said he didn't realize was on his calendar. I was willing to give him another shot and he came over a few days later, provided a good estimate, and said it would be 2-3 weeks before he could do the work. Fair enough. Well, it's now been five weeks, and I haven't heard from him. I emailed him five days ago, and haven't gotten a response.
