I want to just say "thanks" to all those who worked so hard to make sure my daughter's passport arrived in time. When I called, the staff was friendly and help me through this process while answering all my questions. The passport arrived as promised and I would definitely recommend Fastport Passport to anyone needing their passport in an emergency.

These guys are crooks. Paid them to register my car they ended up messing up the paper work with dmv. When I came in to confront them not one soul gave a fuck.

Website was so easy to use walks you right through everything I was amazed ! I could not believe how fast I got my renewed pass port back !! I would highly reccomend this service !!

Good Expediting, Bad Follow-Up

Fastport Passport got a passport to me quickly. However, the much-needed follow-up afterwards was nonexistent. FP overcharged me for the passport fee and I didn't receive the FedEx service that I paid for, either. I wrote to FP three times about this, with no response. Six months later, no one has responded and my request for a refund for the overcharges has been ignored.
