I dropped off a watch to get a battery done and they were very quick about doing it. The store is very small and they are a little hard to find in the mall but are a nice store other than that. I wouldn't really take much of my more expensive jewelry there but it was great for a fast watch battery and I would have rings sized there and such. They are a nice shop, good customer service. fast service , not much wait. they are located in mall , so plenty of parking space. great location. can go there for any type of jewelry. they were able to fix my ring very quikly. will reccomend them
