I started shopping at this store because it was clean and new, very nice inside. Unfortunately, the management at this store and customer service are a real problem and have changed my mind, I will never shop here again.
Over the past several months I have complained repeatedly about bagging raw meat and poultry in with produce and ready to eat products. This is extremely dangerous as cross contamination can cause serious, even fatal illness. The management assured me that the staff was retrained, but just this week I had a cashier put my ready to eat sushi and wooden chopsticks in with raw hamburger. Not good.
So anyway, the final straw was this last weekend when an employee cut in line in front of a long line of waiting customers. I politely told him that there were customers waiting in line and that he had just cut in. Instead of apologizing and moving to the back of the line, he was very rude and indignant about the whole thing.
I will NEVER shop here again, and I recommend that you don't either. Their baggers are not properly trained and could get your family sick, their employees are rude, and the management seems to be severely lacking. There are other good, less expensive alternatives for grocery shopping and I strongly recommend you choose them instead.
