Worst Customer Service

I've been taking photos at Fantastic Shots for a couple of years the service has always been great until now an employee whom I'll call Mr. Rude Ass has the worst customer service skills ever. What should have taken 30 to maybe 45 minutes took almost an hour and a half.

He's rude and very unprofessional . You keep customers by being polite and making them feel welcomed. Fantastic Shots just lost a once loyal customer.
