Color process: Understaffed on a Friday afternoon...Gave hair history (my hair tends to red and I told her No RED - NO RED) Asked for Semi-Sweet Chocolate Brown...she said it was doable. Result: black on the bottom and blonde on the roots(virgin hair).Stylist tried to convince me that it would settle/improve in a few days. Forced her to re-color, now it's red on top. Showed picture of color/cut. Didn't get either. I Complained via on line twice. Manager phoned - a week later-defensive about my mentioning inadequate/lack of staffing. Didn't offer additional service, or money back. Gave an insincere half-way apology. Unprofessional Staff, Poor Management - I don't recommend. Lesson learned, don't try to save money by using a walk-in shop...
Amanda is an amazing stylist! Both my husband and I go to her. When my husband gets home with his new cut, it is not way too short like other stylists do. His hair looks perfect! I love her...
