Poor customer service, two of us went in there for adult cuts with 2 coupons for the $8.99 sale, they rang the bill , honored only one coupon and charged full price for other. Will not be going here again.

The experience is wonderful. This Fantastic Sams is under new ownership as of Aug 08. The owner has made several changes and the salon is being kept up nicely. The owner is in the salon daily and took the time to introduce himself to me. We had a great conversation. They stylist are wonderful and really care about their guest. I HIGHLY recommend it.
