I stopped in the other day to see what everyone was writing about, good and bad. The store looked clean and the dogs looked well taken care of. We purchased a chihuahua last March. She is a wonderful dog. She was never sick at all. I was wondering why so many people are saying bad things about the store. The store looked well taken care of.
despite some negative reviews, i decided to give this place a try about 8 months ago. i had been to alot of diff puppy stores and the staff was loaded with young kids seemingly with no dog knowledge at all. BUT THIS WAS DIFFERENT. everyone was so knowedgable about every dog and answered every question i had. they helped me decide on what breed would work best for me and my family. i reccomend them to all my friends! worht a try, at the very least!
i got a call from the new groomer thats at the shop. she offered me 15% off to come and give her a shot. i was soooo happy with the work she did to my lil poodle! he came out GREAT and Jessica the groomer was so friendly and really cared about my puppy's well being. the store looked great and i had a wonderful experience overall
I do NOT believe any of the posters with good reviews of this store. Rocco Garruto has been taken to court court so many times for FRAUD for selling sick dogs. Some have even died. He told a friend he was the breeder, wherinfact the dog came from an Amish puppy mills. Before making any pet purchases from ANY puppy store call the County Consumer Affairs. They know him very well.
I bought a puppy there 9mo ago and he is healthy they don't sell sick dogs they get cleared by they vet before sales i am very pleased with my pup and I see the store is kept good and the dogs are happy they help with what u need with your pup
Rocco Garruto and Fancy puppies is selling seriously ill dogs. Alot have died. Currently there are 10 complaints with NJ State Consumer Affairs and 8 complaints with Middlesex County Consumer Affairs. SPCA is also investigating. As always his excuse is the puppies were well when they were sold. The next lame excuse is the vet killed the puppies. He thumbs his nose at the law and refuses to...
I can't believe after all the times this man has been in court for fraud for sick pups, he's still selling sick pups. What is the matter with this man.
Ask BBB and Middlesex County Consumer Affairs if they would recommend this business. In the last years this man has pleaded GUILT to FRAUD for selling seriously ill puppies some have died. If refuses to reimburse people for cost of puppy and vet bills until a judge forces him to.
dear ripp off and or ms. doreen long seems to me after further investigation in a court of lawyou lost this case and are paying this man 37 thousand dollarsas you lied and discraced his bussiness . people like you shouldnt be allowed to buy a animal let alone own one
