We were charged for the installation of our flooring without anyone from Family Floors calling to see if we were satisfied with the job. It has been a month and we are still trying to get problems fixed with the installation and the mess left by the installers (glue/cement leveler on floor, walls, trim, furniture, bathroom tile, grout). This seems to be never ending with times setup to do...
