Family care clinic used to be really efficient, you were able to do a walk in and everyone that worked in the office knew his or her job well…That has all gone done the drain. The new women at the front have no idea what they are doing; I have never witnessed such disorganization from what is supposed to be a group of professionals. They all obviously need to return back to school and learn the proper way of running the front end of a doctor’s office….. If you call please expect to be place on hold for up to 15 minutes because these girls cannot multiply task it take two of them to check in...
