The camp sites are very nice, with plenty of space. Group campsites are the only ones I have been too and there is a big center area for the groups and a nice bath house. The cabins are near there. There is a huge open field that I would recommend using for running around or looking at stars. Nice trails...

Not a " lake" destination

We rented a cabin by the Lake assuming we could go swimming and playing in the water right outside the cabin...No you can't. It is mandatory to get in your car and drive to the Beach area. Of course we'd read about the beach area and how if there aren't Life Guard you can't swim, but we didn't think this...

I don't even knack where to start when speaking of this park. I visited with multiple family members and my own children. We stayed for 3 days in Cabin #16.
